This policy covers the mohenara.com website, operated by Mohenara LLC ("Mohenara," "we," "us"). It is written to be read, not skimmed past.

What this site collects

This website sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. We do not profile visitors, and we do not use advertising trackers. Our hosting provider (Vercel) produces standard server logs, which may include IP addresses and request data, used for operating and securing the site.

If you email us

If you contact hello@mohenara.com, we receive your email address and whatever you send. We use it to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not add you to marketing lists without asking, and we do not sell or rent contact information to anyone.

Client claim data is a separate matter

Protected health information handled for clients is governed by Business Associate Agreements and our security practices, not by this website policy. See the security page for how that data is handled.

Data requests

Want to know what we hold about you, or want it deleted? Email hello@mohenara.com and we will handle it within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date.
